Directions
Adults: Spray 3 squirts underneath your tongue 3 to 4 times a day.
Children under 12: Use 1 spray as above. Also consider squirting the spray into a small glass with 4-8 tablespoons of water and giving it to sip slowly. You can also squirt one spray on your child's wrist (inside of wrist) and rub it in gently.

Still on my first bottle and first month of trying the Bone & Teeth Health. I know results take time so, so far, I'm not noticing anything different. The two issues I'm having with it are the taste and the dosing. I try to remember to take it every four hours, but sometimes life happens and either I forget to take it, or I can't remember if I did or not. However, my nutrition coach is also trying it, and recommend I try it, too. So if it's good enough for her, it's good enough for me.

Title: Impressive Results. This product is amazing. My 14 month old has enamel hypoplasia so I have been spraying the bone and teeth cell salts on the affected areas 3 times a day for two week now. I have seen huge progress. The fractured feeling is now gone to new enamel and his pits have gotten smaller.

Excellent for hair. I have been using this for a month and I have noticed a huge difference in my hair. I used to only have to shave once a week and now its every other day, annoying but exciting to know its working, the bald spots on my eyebrows are filling in and my lashes are longer, my hair is getting thicker!
